After our call you can decide on a home visit, tele-health, or become a member of our concierge practice.

Tiffany will continue to partner with you to meet your healthcare goals. 

  • How much does it cost?
    Our prices are all listed on our website so there are no surprises. Everything is included in your visit, so if you should need testing such as Covid-19, strep, flu, urinalysis, blood sugar, we’ve got you covered!
  • How long is my visit?
    We provide you with one full hour of time in your home and 30 minutes for a telehealth/virtual visit.
  • What is telehealth, or a virtual visit?
    This is an online visit where we send you a link to click on from your phone, computer or smart pad. Once you click on that link, we will be able to see one another, just like FaceTime. We will conduct our meeting just like we would in person.
  • Do you provide urgent care services?
    Not at this time. The services offered are primary care services. However, if you have a minor injury, we can come take a look at it for you and provide some first-line treatment such as ace bandaging for potential sprain and educating on icing, resting, elevation, which medications may be helpful, and when to follow up if worsening. Also, if you have a cut or bruise that needs to be attended to, and is not an emergency, then we would be happy to come take a look at that for you and patch you right up! There is no guarantee, however, that you will avoid having to go to an urgent care or ER for further evaluation and treatment. We always strive to help determine that over the phone first when we can. Sometimes these things are unavoidable but your safety ALWAYS comes first!
  • What payment methods do you accept?
    We accept debit and all major credit cards.
  • Do you take insurance?
    Not at this time, however, many insurance companies will reimburse you directly for services that are covered under your policy. Please call them ahead to discuss, or you may submit a claim to them after your services with NP on the Key have been administered.
  • What are your hours?
    Monday through Friday 8am-6pm and every other Saturday from 8am-12 noon. Last house call at 5pm M-F. Last house call at 11am Saturdays.
